If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund. If the item is defective or not as described we will pay for the return shipping. If you have decided you no longer want the item and it was as described and working then you pay the return shipping.

Return Instructions

With OutfitYOURS.com's 30 day return policy there are no exceptions or catches. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging and in original condition. We cannot accept returns for items that have been used.

• You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
• Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original packaging
• Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer
• Once your return is received and inspected by the fullfillment center (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and you will receive a refund or store credit depending on your preference.

To start the return process:

• Login to your account
• Go to "My Account"
• Select "Completed Orders"
• Find the order with the item and select "Return Items"
• Fill out the form and submit
• One of our customer service representatives will contact you to get your return underway.
